Everything on banjarihimachaltours.com is published in good faith by Banjari Himachal Tours to help you understand Himachal Pradesh and plan a trip there. The notes below explain the limits of that information.
Package prices shown on this site are starting prices, quoted per person on twin-sharing for the budget hotel category in a regular season. They are an indication of what a trip costs, not a binding offer.
Your actual price depends on your travel month, hotel category, group size and how the itinerary is customised for you. Hotel rates, fuel prices, permit fees and government taxes all move through the year, and peak snowfall weeks, Diwali, Christmas and long weekends carry different rates entirely. We confirm your exact price in writing before any payment is taken — that confirmed figure is the one that counts, not the number on a listing page.
Banjari Himachal Tours plans and coordinates trips. The hotels, homestays, cabs, drivers and activity operators used on those trips are independent businesses that we book on your behalf — we do not own, run or employ them.
We choose them carefully, visit the properties we use, and work with drivers we know and trust. But the standard, safety and conduct of what a supplier delivers ultimately rests with that supplier. Where a third-party service falls short, we will do everything we reasonably can to sort it out for you during your trip, and we would rather hear about it while you are still there than after you have gone home.
Optional adventure activities — paragliding, skiing, rafting, zorbing, ropeways and snow sports — are arranged and paid for directly with the operator on the spot, and are undertaken at your own risk under that operator's terms.
Our destination pages and blog guides are written from our own experience of driving these routes, and we keep them current as best we can. Even so, things in the mountains change faster than a web page: roads and passes open and close with the season, monastery and monument timings change, permit rules are revised, ropeways shut for maintenance, and altitudes, distances and driving times are approximations rather than precise measurements.
Treat this material as background reading for planning, not as operational advice for the day you travel. Before you set out, check current road, weather and permit conditions with us or with the relevant local authority. Nothing on this site is medical advice — if you are travelling to high altitude, particularly Spiti or Kinnaur, please speak to a doctor about your own fitness for it.
Photographs on this site show Himachal Pradesh and the kinds of places our trips visit. They are illustrative of the destination and are not a guarantee that any particular view, hotel room, weather condition or amount of snow will be there on your dates. Snow, in particular, is a matter of luck and season — we cannot promise it.
Reviews shown on this site are the genuine words of past travellers, reproduced from Google reviews and messages sent to us. One traveller's experience is their own, and is not a promise of how any other trip will go.
